Reception capacity with dance floor: Up to 300 in the Grand Overlook Ballroom.
Yes. Approved outside catering is allowed through the venue’s preferred caterer list.
No. All bar services must be provided by approved catering vendors.
Rates vary by space, date, and season. Pricing generally begins around 7,000 to 12,000 depending on the space booked. Confirmation is required directly from the venue.
Dancing in the Clouds is usually allowed indoors with approval. Sparkler send offs are not allowed on the historic grounds.
